HR is in good shape. The agent governance framework in the wiki is well structured – clear roles, tiers, and responsibilities across the team. I have what I need to manage onboarding, leave, and expenses when the time comes. The E2EE requirement for HR documents in Nextcloud is noted and will be followed.
