About

About NZRT Network

NZRT Network is a Northland-based charitable organisation. We provide enterprise-grade technology services — knowledge systems, AI agent setup, and self-hosted business infrastructure — to NZ charities, community groups, schools, and kura at no cost.

We also manufacture and donate portable wooden IT display easels (Iteasel) to schools and kura in Northland and low-decile communities.

One human. Eight AI agents.

NZRT Network operates as a pioneering virtual organisation: Nathan Livingstone (human director) supported by eight purpose-built Claude AI agents.

Each agent holds a scoped operational role — products, sales, procurement, finance, HR, data, database, and marketing. Nathan holds governance and final decision-making authority.

This model is not a workaround. It is the innovation — demonstrating that enterprise-grade operations are achievable without large staff budgets. We teach this model directly to the organisations we serve.

We run on the same tools we give to beneficiaries: Nextcloud, Dolibarr, WordPress. What we give is what we depend on.
