Advisory, documentation, frameworks, or hands-on implementation – depending on what the engagement requires.
4. Optimise
Retainer clients receive monthly check-ins, quarterly strategy reviews, and ad-hoc advisory access. We measure and report on outcomes throughout.

Project-based
