ICS – Internet Consulting Services – is a hybrid IT and digital strategy consultancy based in Auckland, New Zealand, serving clients across NZ, Australia, and APAC. We operate across two complementary practice areas: Core IT Consultancy and PropTech & Digital Assets.
Our approach is anchored in the TOGAF Architecture Development Method, because we believe good technology decisions start with good architecture. We design before we build, document before we deploy, and measure outcomes rather than counting outputs.
